The Wrong Kind of Online Identity Expert?

I was asked to join a Vancouver radio station for an interview about internet identities.

Of course, I assumed the interview would focus on internet identity management–something connected to my new book. As the interview started, I quickly realized that the hosts wanted to discuss internet identity theft!

While that’s not exactly my area of expertise, it does tie in to reputation management–after all, you can go too far with the information you share online and then find yourself subject to identity theft.

I managed to steer the conversation towards the book, and think I did a pretty good job of answering their questions. You can listen to the radio interview here.
