57% of B2B companies are not prepared for a reputation crisis [infographic]
A nicely collated infographic from the Zeno Group highlights the reputation preparedness gap between B2C and B2B companies. While 63% of B2C companies believe they are well prepared to respond to a reputation crisis within 24 hours, only 43% of their B2B counterparts express the same confidence.
Of course, without any social media monitoring tools, you may not even see a reputation crisis within 24 hours, let alone react to it! 😉
